Community Guidelines

Last updated: July 2026

ChatSpin connects you with real people around the world in seconds — by video, voice, or text. To keep every spin fun and safe, we ask everyone to follow a few simple ground rules.

These guidelines apply the moment you start a chat. By using ChatSpin, you agree to treat the people you meet the way you would want to be treated, and to help us keep this a place worth coming back to.

Be Respectful

Every person on the other side of the screen is a real human being with their own background, mood, and boundaries. Say hello, be kind, and keep an open mind — you never know who you might click with.

Disagreements are fine, but keep them civil. If someone is not interested in talking, that is their call. A quick spin to the next person is always the easiest way to move on.

You Must Be 18 or Older

ChatSpin is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create a connection or use any part of the platform, no exceptions.

If we have reason to believe an account belongs to a minor, we will remove access immediately. Please do not encourage or help anyone underage to use ChatSpin.

No Nudity or Sexual Content Involving Minors

We have zero tolerance for any sexual content involving minors — in video, images, text, or links. There is no gray area here, and no warning.

Any content of this kind is reported to the appropriate authorities and results in an immediate, permanent ban. Protecting minors comes before everything else on this platform.

Consent Matters

What happens in a spin stays between you and the person you are talking to. Do not record, screenshot, or save video, audio, or messages of anyone without their clear permission.

Sharing or threatening to share someone's likeness or private conversation without consent is a serious violation and can lead to a ban. When in doubt, ask first — and respect a no.

No Harassment or Hate

Bullying, threats, stalking, and targeted intimidation have no place here. Neither do slurs or attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other identity.

If a conversation turns hostile, end it and report the person. You are never obligated to stay in a chat that makes you feel unsafe or unwelcome.

No Illegal Activity

Do not use ChatSpin to plan, promote, or carry out anything illegal — including the sale of drugs or weapons, trafficking, fraud, or the sharing of stolen or unlawful content.

Activity that breaks the law puts you and others at risk. We cooperate with lawful requests and will remove accounts used for illegal purposes.

No Spam, Scams, or Solicitation

ChatSpin is for genuine conversations, not sales pitches. Do not flood chats with repeated messages, promotional links, or automated bots.

Never try to scam, phish, or pressure someone into sending money, gifts, or personal details. If an offer sounds too good to be true, it almost always is — report it and spin on.

Keep Personal Info Private

Strangers are strangers for a reason. Think twice before sharing your full name, home address, phone number, financial details, or passwords with someone you just met.

Protecting your own information is the best way to stay safe, and respecting other people's privacy is part of being a good member of the community. Share only what you are comfortable with.

How Moderation Works

You are always in control of your experience. Use the block button to instantly disconnect from anyone, and the report button to flag behavior that breaks these guidelines.

Reports are reviewed around the clock. Depending on what we find, we may issue a warning, restrict features, or permanently ban an account. Serious violations — especially those involving minors or safety — result in an immediate ban.

Reporting

If someone makes you uncomfortable or breaks these rules, please report them right away using the tools built into ChatSpin. The more detail you can give, the faster we can act.

Reporting helps protect not just you but everyone who spins after you. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
